Arhatic Yoga
Arhatic Yoga was developed by Master Choa Kok Sui
It is a synthesis of yogas that when practised regularly accelerates the soul’s evolution. This is practiced by highly evolved yogis. Through a combination of very mild physical exercises, breathing techniques, self examination combined with inner purification exercises and meditation this Spiritual Practice improves the condition of the incarnated soul. The quality and quantity of the energies in the person’s body drastically improves over time.

I have been practising Arhatic Yoga for a few years and have found in my own experience that it really was one of the key turning points in my self study. It is a Spiritual Practice so it enhanced my intuitive abilities because it offered me clarity in a jumbled confusion of thoughts and negative behaviour. I was forced to look at my energy and really assess it, the type of energy I was giving out was not equal to what I desired to receive from others and I desperately desired a change. After practising daily and really being aware of my personal character and my energy I started to transform and I saw the world differently. I saw the suffering and pain of others less judgmentally and more compassionately. I treated my family and friends differently. I began appreciating people and life in a very honest way.
As a Pranic Healer my healing abilities sky rocketed, I could heal faster and more efficiently because my energy body was being strengthened and refined. Ailments that were taking me longer to heal were being healed in fewer sessions or immediately.

I always loved meditating and practising more physical forms of yoga such as Ashtanga Yoga, which I still do, but I never practiced something that made me really look at who I was and reflect on how that affected the world around me. Arhatic Yoga is brilliant at fine tuning your internal beauty, it’s already there but we cover it up with life’s traumas and pain. This practice clears out your years and years of negative behaviour and helps you change that into positive patterns it then gives you the energy to sustain and be able to mirror this unto those around you. In other words uniting your incarnated soul with your higher soul.
In order to take Arhatic Yoga Prep Class you must have completed Basic, Advanced and Psychotherapy Pranic Healing Classes. These three courses give you the necessary tools to help you easily work through any physical or psychological issues that may arise during your practice.
This in person practice group is for graduates of Arhatic Yoga Preparatory or higher levels
